: The TV downstairs didn't work. It has been almost 30 days since my stay and I have not received my deposit back. My stay at your property was very good but since my stay I have had the worst experience with your customer service. I stayed from July 24th - July 27th. There was no issue with my checking out but I still have not received my deposit back. I called on August 4th and I was told that my deposit was processed. I didn't receive it by the 11th of August so I called back. I was told by Dora that she was processing my deposit request and contacting tech support to get it expedited faster. Today I August 17th and still no deposit. I was told that the system is not authorizing her to process my deposit return and they will need to contact tech support to see what they can do. I was told that someone would call me back or email with an update but nothing has been done yet. I called back on the 20th of August and was told that IT finally released my deposit on the 18th of August and I have to wait 5-10 more days. The customer service is the only thing that will make it hard for me to use your property for another stay.
