: House is beautiful, spacious , needs some work done.
: Reception was terrible. It was not as clean although we are asked to pay for a cleaning service . The table in the pool area needs a major upgrade .

: The property manager took hours to respond. We were left outside for four hours after check in , waiting for a response for the door code. There is one main TV in the living room and one TV in five bedrooms. The Wi-Fi is horrible you have no reception. It never worked the entire trip. We were barely there and after leaving received messages after being ignored the entire trip. To be informed that they were keeping our deposit. It was a nightmare.

: We love the look and the feel of the house. The amenities at the resort very enjoyable. The management team was very responsive.
: it was missing a few extra touches. There are no washcloths or pool towels, we were almost out of toilet paper by the end of our stay, and having coffee filters there would have been very nice. there were also some hairs in one of the showers. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, but there was just a few little things that could have made it better.
