  : We loved the location for the home. Very close to everything. I also loved the space. I stayed here with a few friends and we had alot of room to move around. The neighborhood was very quiet as well.
  : There was quite a bit.... The host was absolutely a nightmare. They waited until the day of check in to tell me that they needed a photo copy of the card that was charged months prior for the one they had on file did not match. Sadly my wallet was stolen, and I no longer had that card. I had already spoke with someone about this weeks prior and they said it was no problem as long as I had my license and a secondary card for the incidentals ( Which I did) . My check in time was at 4:00... I was unable to check in until 8:00 for I was speaking to someone via email for awhile ( with slow response time) and then I had to speak with Bruno for 2 hours via messenger in regards to this issue. I called MULTIPLE times and could not get ahold of anyone. I asked Bruno to call me during our conversation via messenger and he completely ignored. I am not sure why this issue was not resolved prior to the day of. The resolution was he had to reimburse my account and recharge to the new card I sent for whatever reason.... so I have to wait a week for the reimbursement of the $1200, which was unplanned and really ticked me off. Once I finally got in the house... I found bugs in the bottom bedroom, the upstairs bed was SO uncomfortable and the headboard was broken, the garbage can they provided for the kitchen was a small bathroom style garbage and did not provide trashbags ( which ok... no big deal I ran to Publix to get some, but I was already annoyed by everything else- this was just the icing on the cake). I have never had an issue with other management companies in this subdivision.... if you can find another unit ran by another company save yourself the hassle and frustration and rent with them instead.

  : Sliding door doesn't lock, internet 90 % of the times doesn't work. I complained about it but nobody cares about fixing any of the above.

  : The back sliding doors had no curtains or blinds so you can see straight through the house and me not being from that area it had me very uncomfortable. Also the housekeeper doesn’t clean well one of the beds had a stained sheet and a few dirty towels.

  : I liked that there was a pool in the backyard.
  : The property was beautiful, a lot of fancy decor. TV only had select channels. There was a love bug infestation so you could not stand outside for long. The air conditioning did not work the entire stay, mind you it’s south Florida in September (EXTREMELY HOT!) The sheets felt like they’ve never been washed. There was no extra TIOLET paper, or laundry detergent, we had to buy our own. There was no mop or buckets to clean any spills up. Would not recommend to anyone.

  : House very clean , the localization, pool very clean, and near a Festival Park with a big pool
  : They charge me $80. for check in early (only 3 hours), few towels, any instructions inside the house, few cookware, and when we arrive somebody come to see inside the house for take pictures???

  : The actual townhouse was fine. Well decorated. Had sufficient items available to accommodate basics. No extras. Be prepared to purchase everything from toilet paper to salt and pepper if you want to make a sandwich.
  : Management has no concern for any attempt at communication including leaving phone messages on voice mail, and sending emails. If you do not get a live person to talk to in the office, they do not respond. We had a problem with one on the smoke detectors on 3 occasions and it chirped constantly for 2 days at one point before we could get a live person on the phone. We had left 2 messages and sent emails with no response. My husband has asked to speak to the manager twice on Tuesday. It is now Friday and he has never heard from her. We will not use this company again, and would like to suggest that Booking.com seriously consider not using them also. We have gotten no satisfaction from them.
