Beautiful Condos Steps from French Quarter and Bourbon St

  : It was clean with a great location close to the French quarter.
  : The bed was uncomfortable and loud, just rolling over would wake up the whole loft, the seating was uninviting and uncomfortable. The futon/couch was as hard as a rock. At the end of a long exhausting day we were looking forward to sitting in a comfy seat and there were NONE in the entire loft. The bed was the closest to a soft seat and I already said how uncomfortable that was. The TV didn't work, or the remote was not for this TV. Some clear instructions in it's use would have been nice but we couldn't get any channels at all

  : The view, the look of the apartment and the location was perfect. We spent a good amount of time out even with things closed since our room was so uncomfortable.
  : The room we were put in first had a broken couch, stunk and was dirty so we were moved to the 5th floor. Great view but the room was stinky and dirty which is crazy since they are renting during the pandemic and listed themselves as extremely clean. There weren't any cleaning supplies even though they said they'd provide them so we had to spend the money to go buy them then spend an hour doing the cleaning crews job. I didn't pay for a vacation spot to be staff. Then the television didn't work and the knob on the shower broke and the couch is broken in the middle so it's slumped in like an almost V. The worst part is that we stayed in this room for 4 days without being moved to a cleaner WORKING room after complaining. I feel like I was scammed for sure.

  : Where do I start with this place....to begin, I rented 2 penthouse apartments. I have confirmation for both of these apartments. The company failed to run my bank card for the second apartment and then rented the second penthouse to someone else but failed to inform me. The day of my trip I received the entry code for 1 penthouse and immediately called them and THEN they informed me of this!! The day of the trip!!!!! I’m driving from 8 hours away!!! I asked to speak to the manager, I’m STILL WAITING ON THE MANAGERS CALL btw, if that tells you anything. They offered me a room below the penthouse (on the 6 floor) for a $50 off!!!! I took it because they left me no other choice. After their mistake, they didn’t bother to refund my money for the 1 penthouse they charged me for or make this right. Also, the customer service girl acted like it was SUCH A BIG DEAL for her to rent the room on the 6th floor to me for $50 off on such short notice. Come on, Really??!? BIG MISTAKE even renting from this company in the first place. The rooms were gross!!! Their were nasty roach looking bugs about 2 inches long on the ceiling. Which doesn’t surprise me considering that the place was nasty!! Nothing was clean. I took disinfecting wipes and wiped the handles of the refrigerator door off and the wipe was black!! Food left on stove from people cooking, dead bugs around the stove, kitchen sink was nasty, floor hadn’t been swept or mopped. The bathroom shower curtain had not been cleaned or changed, nasty soap scum and residue on shower liner. The bedroom had dead bugs around headboard, the pillows smelled like they hadn’t been washed...EVER!! The bed was hard and so loud when you turned over. The whole place (entry way, halls on both floors 6&7 and elevator) smelled of weed and everyone was partying and being extremely loud all through the night, way past quiet hours. This is not safe for children.

  : The location was in a great spot. It was easy to access the room. We were close to Canal street.
  : The rooms were super nasty we had to switch rooms which wasn’t much better. The cable did not work. We had to pay $79 for parking. I was highly disappointed.
