  : Spiderwebs, dishwasher broken, small roaches, bottom sheets did not look clean, toilet paper was very bad quality. However, I didn’t have any silverware in the apartment and someone brought some within a couple of hours so I think that was a pretty good turn around time

  : It was just like the picture beautiful and in a great location, I would definitely stay there again
  : The unit has a washer and dryer in it that was broken and full of stinky water. There was only one glass and the staff had to bring more. It was advertised as two beds one of which is a pull out couch in the living room and it was miserable.

  : Outdoor lock on the door, made us feel safe. Place was spacious and I liked the outdoor balcony. Liked the location, walking distance to everything. I was going to leave a spectacular review but this event with "hosteeva" left a sour experience.
  : Furniture was uncomfortable. This host uses "Hosteeva" which auto generates messages, and far to many messages. They asked if we wanted to stay an extra night. I said no at first, then tried to get questions answered. Well I was about to affirm the reservation, but they did not have the place I wanted at the rate I liked. Bait and switch. Then they just kept messaging me when we were driving home. And they claimed I made a reservation AND CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD. (Fyi charging a credit card with out permission is FRAUD) I did not. I was looking for a way to unsubscribe from all the annoying messages. 6 or 7 hours later I saw had to talk to an agent, who claimed they could not reverse the charges. Eventually I got some money back. Over all HOSTEEVA, is an aggressive scam operation designed to up prices, and extend longer stays to generate $

  : The size of the room was nice
  : The hallway smelled like onions and urine. The patio floor was unsafe bricks was lifting . The bed had no padding and you can hear the springs from the mattress every time you move . Blinds from the patio window was missing so at night I felt like I had no privacy because people was walking pass and can see up into the room . It was only one bath size towel in the room I had to go buy towels because my husband and I was in this room. This have been one of thee worst hotel/ loft I've ever stayed in .
