  : It was modern, Very clean and good location. It was easy to check in.
  : Noise next door. There was a club right next door that went all night.

  : the building is great, near a supermarket and many great restaurants, ice-cream/coffee shop on the street level is outstanding.
  : Parking is very expensive so take that into account when budgeting, (around 30 usd a day city-wise not related to the property).

  : Guests upstairs had children, or maybe horses that were stomping above us until 2:am You need to be made aware beforehand, when they say there’s no parking, there’s NO parking.We had to park 3 blocks away and cost almost as much to park as the condo itself Be prepared.Had a hard time finding it, directions were not clear.

  : There was no breakfast. The location was highly unacceptable after we were moved from our initial reservations with Booking.com at Sonder -Banker's Row because of a UNEXPLAINED cancellation on the part of Booking.com. The substitute location was more than 1/2 mile from our chosen AND CONFIRMED original reservation. We were only aware of the cancellation when we checked in with Booking 36 hours prior to ARRIVAL !
  : The unit did not have TV service. To watch, you had to cast from your own tablet or laptop. We were only able to get it to function for about one hour on one morning due to the absurdly slow wi-fi signal at the location. ...and did I mention it did not include a dishwasher on the property?

  : Great location and property management team. The property was clean, and access was arranged for an early check-in.
  : For the cost of nearly $400/night the downsides included very minimalistic furnishings. One sofa and one small wicker style chair in living room. One person in our group of 4 had to sit on the floor. Kitchen was also minimalistic, no paper plates, plastic cups, napkins, etc. minimally enough dishes, cups, etc. as you would find. Ice maker worked to make ice, but would not dispense. No working television service (cable or antenna) is not something I would tolerate again, especially for the cost of the property.

  : Value was great, unfortunately it wasn't that clean, dishwasher wasn't working properly & the beds were cheap uncomfortable. Didn't realize it wasn't a staffed location.
  : You could tell it was only fast wiped down in main spots, floors & other areas not routinely cleaned which questions what else is skipped.

  : The beds were so comfortable!! We did not mind the location. It was a quick walk to the French Quarter. The house coffee was amazing. It was quick and easy to address issues.
  : The toilet in the master did not work the entire weekend. They came to fix it but could not. The rug in the master had lots of stains.
