  : The cleaning lady came in my room unannounced b4 my time was up and tried to rush me out because she was ready to clean and was very nasty.. I reported her immediately

  : Location is perfect, a lot of things to do in the area.
  : Didn't like the constant loud noise in the stairwell which ended up being homeless guys with clothing and trash all over, doing drugs. And I did call in and report it to no avail. Went to the rooftop and couldn't enjoy it no canopy as described and there was a used needle there. The last day of my stay I couldn't relax and enjoy it as there was no internet connection all day and up until I left at 10am there was still no connection. So I wasn't accommodated as told. When I called in about the tv connection I was made to feel stupid and was told well you're not the only one it's the entire building. I was told that morning when the tech guy came and couldn't fix it that the internet company was coming and they never showed. Also the unit wasn't cleaned properly as I have dog hair on several items, noticed it walking in my socks. This is all after my original unit 201 wasn't sufficient as the couch was broken and my window directly next to construction. Soooooo yea I was a bit upset about the stay in total.

  : Spiders in the room, pull out bed broken(causing guest to have to sleep on the floor), red spots on the comforters, and rude customer service.

  : Couch is broken so had to be bushed against the wall to sit on. Surface of couch in disrepair. Washer latch broken so unable to use. Floors were sticky.

  : Hotels should be more like this. I loved the space and the feeling of being at home with a kitchen to use and store my leftovers. I was also able to clean my super sweaty clothes from my multiple outfit changes due to the weather.
  : I saw pictures of deck with no instructions how to access. I wish there was a gym to use, but there wasn’t. No one to check me in so getting in and ask I’m no questions when needed. The bed was super hard and the sofa/bed was also hard. And the guests above me played their music super loud. While trying to cool down, couldn’t really relax. And the sofa in the room off the elevator was previously broken.

  : The “fold out couch” was a joke. The washer door is broken. I am still recovering from an allergic reaction to the detergent in the bed linens and towels.
