Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.

A damage deposit of USD 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
