  : The location was convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly. The housekeeping was good.
  : The room was very small and extremely noisy. I explicitly asked for a quiet room, but the room was right next to the elevator and behind the train station and parking lot. There were so much noise coming from the trains passing behind the hotel, the ice cream trucks in the parking lot, and the passengers taking the elevator.

  : I loved the cute charm that the hotel had, and the staff was fantastic and friendly.
  : The only two problems were. ONE the shades in the room did not close flush the bricks because the bed was to close to the wall the shad had no where to go creating a gap letting in the early morning light, while we were trying to sleep-in in the morning. TWO, the breakfast was boiled, eggs, fruit and bread, and no meat, and a lot of people don't eat boiled eggs. And the bread was just regular. I expected a little more for the breakfast. Like specialty muffins and sasuage with a choice of eggs or an egg fritatia. Other than these two things, I would give the hotel a 10 out of 10 would stay here again even with these 2 issues.

  : The Pool although it would be nice if someone can fish out the floating debris in the pool every once in a while.
  : - One afternoon while we passed the front desk, one of the employees was going over something with another employee who appeared to be a supervisor. The employee was using the F word right in front of me.- Breakfast was disappointing. The same gentleman worked the breakfast bar all three mornings, but he did not have any personality whatsoever and often disappeared to the back. It would have been nice if there was higher quality offerings even at the cost of less variety. Granola and yogurt bar, a hot dish such as a quiche, avocado toast, home baked goods such as scones or muffins. It took away from the experience.- Since your phone prompts suggest that you have a concierge it would have been nice if the front desk was more versed in restaurant suggestions, transportation know how, etc.- It would have been nice to get a written explanation in the room as to how housekeeping works, i.e. no housekeeping unless you ask for it. More communication in general would have been better.- Lastly, if you offer sugar cookies for guests it would be nice if we did not have to ask for them.

  : Decent continental breakfast. Wished there was a way to heat up the pastries. Only a regular toaster to toast a bagel or bread. No protein options like scrambled eggs was a little disappointing.
  : The Hotel is next to train tracks. 2:17 AM train horn wake up call was not in the brochure.
